Fino C.B. Alvear (Pedro Ximénez)
It shows an intense straw yellow color, almost golden, with white gold trim. It is very clear despite its intense color.
Nose with good intensity to cescara nuts, raw almonds, white flowers and a wooden background very refined, elegant.
The palate has a soft entry, creamy, with notes of almonds and some other fruit, slightly salty notes. is sharp in its path with hints of old wood envinada. Final round, with hints of bitter and dry, very characteristic.
