TASTING NOTES OF Don Px Convento 375ml 1955:

  • View: Toro Albala Don PX Convento selection is black Zahiño, iodinated hue. Dense.
  • Nose: Camphor, licorice, kirsch, dark chocolate, black currant stick, nutmeg, woodwork, spicy, toast, pastries, hazelnut cream, snuff, balsamic, eternal.
  • Mouth: Large, enveloping, velvety, sweet, sour, salty, bitter. Found in a white wine grape pacified red fruit tastes bring freshness, taste of nuts, hazelnut and toasted almonds that provide sobriety and a wooden background, which includes subtle taste and makes it persistent.

Has a strong colour. It has an appropriate bitter end.
I had it with fish, but I didn't like the fish, and therefore the wine didn't taste right.
I was lucky enough to try it with a client.
