TASTING NOTES OF Dulce Don Px 2010:
- View: green amber, heavy tear.
- Nose: feelings of raisined fruit, figs, dried apricots, dates and raisins, smells of honey, cocoa and slightly citrus sensations on a background of rachis.
- Mouth: a sweet wine, burning sweetness, step wide mouth, full taste, full of feelings. Final long, unctuous, persistent. Persistent bitter and slightly astringent tastes, memories of carob, balanced, with the flavor of raisins, honey and dates.
