Gemaakt van een Solear uit 1927 is dit een complexe, natuurlijke zoete donkerbruine sherry. Pruimen, noten, cacao, creme brulee. Vol, zoet zeer intens, geconcentreerd fruit en een lange, intense afdronk. Prachtige alternatieve dessertwijn. Goede combinatie met zoete nagerechten, fruit, harde kazen en als topping over ijs. Nadat de fles is aangebroken, is hij nog enkele weken houdbaar.
