Alvear Pedro Ximénez Añada 375ml 2013 is an ideal wine as a good meal's culmination, by itself or with dry fruit and nuts, for example. Although it may also be a good idea drinking it as an appetiser with a bit of blue cheese or foie gras... Be it as it may, it will surely make your mouth water. And the truth is that it is with good reason, since this sweet wine is dense and unctuous and reminiscent of honey, quince paste. Besides, it has the expertise guarantee of Bodegas Alvear, which has its root in 1729 and that has been transmitted from father to son. A good sweet wine to accompany the best gourmet caprices.

Alvear Pedro Ximénez de Añada 375ml 2013

It has a nice colour. It's better not to pair it and drink it alone.
I gave it to my parents and we tried it together.
I bought it at the Montilla-Moriles region .
A very good fortified but with too much wood flavour.

Alvear Pedro Ximénez de Añada 375ml 2013

Throughout its 284-year history, Bodegas Alvear has retained its familiar character, conveying ownership from parents to children so that, today, the ownership of the company is held by the eighth generation. It is one of the most prestigious companies and international recognition of Andalusia. The winery has extensive vineyards in the most famous places of the Sierra de Montilla and Moriles (Córdoba). A historical winery that has managed to introduce the experience of a land and a family.
Pairing: ideal complement and desserts round off a good meal. It brings a surprising flavor and texture ice cream and nuts.

I enjoyed it quite long after the last sip.
The best wine I've tasted.

Generoso wine Moriles Montilla (Spain) produced by the winery Alvear Pedro Ximenez grapes. His ideal pairing would be with pastries, desserts, ice cream and blue cheeses. It can be drunk in perfect condition from now until 2035. Serve at a temperature of between 6 ° and 12 ° preferably in a glass of Sherry type.

Fantastic colour. Very light, pleasant.
I decided not to pair it with any dish.
I went with work colleagues to Bodegas Alvear and we taste it there.

Alvear Pedro Ximénez 375ml 2008
A beautiful vivid colour. Aromas of lemon. A typical Montilla-Moriles wine, aromatic, fresh and light.
The best pairing would have been with fish.
The Alvear Pedro Ximénez 375ml is highly recommended.
