Description of 3 Miradas Vino de Pueblo 2017
3 Miradas Vino de Pueblo 2017 (Pedro Ximénez)
- View: pale yellowish, greenish tones.
- Nose: varietal aromas, yeast, fennel and anise.
- Boca: broad, balanced, well-integrated acidity, fruity characteristics of the variety and ripe apple.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Guadiana.
VINEYARD: different plots in the Sierra de Montilla.
GRAPES: Pedro Ximénez.
AGEING: Reposado back in the same barrel, 300l and 150l under flor for 8 months.
PREPARATION: grapes directly pressed and fermented in vats, or alternatively, previously footsteps and fermented in open buckets.
PAIRING: sashimi, seafood, tempura, rice salads and fish.
TEMPERATURE: 10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
