After the crushing-stemming, the fermentation takes place, with maceration, in steel tanks at a temperature of 24-26 ° C for 15-20 days. The wine is aged for 9-12 months in oak barrels of fine French and American oak before bottling. This Montepulciano d'Abruzzo has a deep ruby red color and elegant particularly charged. The nose opens with intense fruity aromas of plum and cherry jam, enriched by pleasant notes of tobacco. The palate is complex and structured, with a perfect balance between the tannic component and the alcoholic. Ideal with pasta in red sauce, it is ideal in combination with the roasts and medium-aged cheeses.”
