AGEING: Aged in new oak barrels for 18 months.
PREPARATION: manual harvesting, fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
WINE PAIRING: appetizers, foie gras, cheeses and desserts.

It had a deep colour at first sight. This sweet is lasting, it has a long aftertaste.
As I had it between meals I could not pair it.
I drank with my best friend.
