- Whilst juniper is the essential and dominant botanical of the five, the raspberries ensure a smooth finish. The fruitiness on the nose is balanced with scents of juniper coming through and the raspberry is gently prevalent on the palate resulting in a smooth and slightly spicy finish.
- The signature serve is with a premium tonic, a raspberry and a sprig of fresh mint. Mixologists have quickly latched onto it, with all sorts of eclectic recipes being developed.
