Domaine Bitouzet Prieur Meursault Clos du Cromin 2017

A lively and slightly-closed wine during its earlier years, featuring a finish with lots of balance and excellent ageing potential. A golden colour gives way to more yellowish shades with age.
This Meursault offers the perfect accompaniment to all your fish dishes, whether raw or cooked, and the most refined of shellfish recipes, like spiny lobster served in a pastry shell. It also marries beautifully with poultry and dishes served in a cream sauce. A winner as well with both fresh and aged cheeses of the milder taste category.

Bourgogne de Vigne en Verre Côte de Beaune Domaine Bitouzet Prieur Meursault Clos Du Cromin 2014
I liked this Bourgogne de Vigne en Verre with cooked prawns. My friends loved Bourgogne de Vigne en Verre Côte de Beaune Domaine Bitouzet Prieur Meursault Clos Du Cromin.
I thought that the Bourgogne de Vigne en Verre Côte de Beaune Domaine Bitouzet Prieur Meursault Clos Du Cromin had a very light colour. Aromas of lemon. Bourgogne de Vigne en Verre with a rough taste.

2015 - Non contractual picture. This Meursault perfectly accompany all fish, raw or cooked shellfish and refined example of a crisp langoust. It will harmonize perfectly with poultry and sauce dishes with cream. Very good also with fresh cheeses, ripened, but not too strong. Domain Domain Bitouzet-Prieur: The vines of François Bitouzet-Prior Côte de Beaune located in the communities of Volnay and Meursault. "We're still more to ourselves and our suppliers," comments François Bitouzet, arrived at the family farm in September 2005, knows whereof he speaks. It is he who is responsible for the qualification farming but also other developments. Aware that the starting point of a great wine is to bring to the winery healthy grapes of perfect ripeness, this is why Francis and his team are working all along in this process in order to reach this goal. This requires strict control of yields, but also pursuing the agro impetus given by Vincent, his father, which means respecting land by prohibiting chemical herbicides and return to work the soil. Meticulous care is taken of winemaking to bottling because "every detail". A fastidious care in breeding and winemaking, is given to each vintages that do not all follow the same path. "In the vineyard or cellar, nothing is systematic. We look, we observe, we taste, we wonder and we act according to each case. "Demanding and François Vincent Bitouzet are.
