Domaine Bitouzet Prieur Meursault Clos du Cromin 2015

TASTING NOTES Bitouzet Domaine du Clos Prieur Meursault Blanc Chroma 2015 :

  • Having: Intense dress, very bright golden color.
  • Nariz: Aromas acids and minerals, with some fruit and sweet nuances.
  • Mouth: The body is round, thin and delicate. With a good balance between acid and mineral flavors.

APPELLATION: Meursault.

VINEYARD: Clos du Chroma.

GRAPES: Chardonnay.

AGEING: 12 to 16 months in French oak barrels.

PREPARATION: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are immediately taken to the press, where a slow extraction of components thereof is performed. The extracted must is introduced in oak barrels where alcoholic fermentation takes place, using yeast, followed by a malolactic fermentation. After aging in barrels, it proceeds to bottling.

PAIRING: Poultry, white meat and cream soups, fish and seafood.

TEMPERATURE: 8-12 °C

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
