Elaboration of Kaiken Ultra Malbec 2017
Kaiken Ultra Malbec 2017 (Malbec)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: bright ruby red with flashes cherry.
- Nose: fruity aroma with notes of red currants and black cherries, and a hint to snuff.
- Mouth: velvety with soft tannins that features a touch of vanilla taste. It offers a long smooth finish gives elegance.
APPELLATION: Mendoza, Argentina.
VINEYARD: Kaiken.
GRAPES: Malbec.
AGEING: 12 months in barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand in April and are transported to the winery, place that are selected manually. Once the wort is fermented in small tanks so that the best results are obtained. This is done for a month and then goes to French oak barrels and one third is separated and placed in new barrels and the rest in barrels of second and third use.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal for pasta dishes, white meat dishes and red meat companion.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15- 17ºC
ALCOHOL: 15%
