Description of Catena Zapata Nicolas 2014
Catena Zapata Nicolas 2014 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Deep dark purple with bluish-black tones.
- Nose: A tempting array of ripe, dark red fruits intermingling with vanilla and cacao and a touch of savoury herbs.
- Mouth: Catena Zapata Nicolas 2014 is full-bodied on the palate and a beautifully complex flavour, with prominent notes of blackberry, black cherry, plum, and black currant. The juicy fruit flavours are supported by fine-grain tannins and mineral structure. The long finish offers subtle whispers of eucalyptus, chocolatey oak, and black pepper.

The wine is never refined or filtered, preserving an authentic and rustic elegant wine.
