You will like to know that…

90 precious Parker-points for the vintage 2012 of the Terra Noble Gran Reserva Carmenere. A red grape juice from the Chilean Maule Valley in the south of the Andes. You can best describe the 100% Carménère with the pirce-value-ration, which is just great.

Like many other Gran Reserva wines, this one shows a peculiar mixture of wood, vanilla and roasted notes, which he gains during the 12 months in barrique. Spicey notes of plums, figs and coffee makes this a perfect highlight for your barbecue.

Uvinum-users recommend this vine in combination with turkey. Try it our and send us your opinion or other suggestions for pairing.

Cedarwood aromas. It would have been better if it had been cooler than it was. Our fault.
It seemed a bit tasteless.

Smells like cedar wood or pine tree. Like the fruit flavour.
No doubt I would recommend Terra Noble Gran Reserva Carmenere 100%.
