Cordillera Carignan 2014 (Carignan)

TASTING NOTES:

  • Nose: Aromatic notes of ripe red fruits, spices, earthy touches and wood.
  • Mouth: Intense and character, balanced acidity and tannins presence of taste. It has a pleasant aftertaste and a velvety texture to the palate.

AGEING: This wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.PREPARATION: The grapes are pressed gently and left to macerate at warm temperatures, then the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, using natural yeast and warm temperatures controlled. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Finally, it stabilized, filtered and bottled.
