Every morning in the Maule Valley, the sun rises over the Andes beginning a ritual that unites land and vine. These rainfed vineyards within the coastal range hold some of the oldest Carignan vines in the world, many of them dating back more than 80 years. This variety, rescued from oblivion, is undoubtedly one of Chile's great treasures.

Classic red cherry color of a 2013. Nice aromas of blackberries in this Carignan.A little too acid although it depends on the taste of each person.
It wasn't well paired with food, but the wine was good and tasty.
All of my friends were delighted about this wine.

It was part of a wine tasting.
Red colour with violet hints. Concentrated aroma of red fruit jam. This wine has play.
I would not recommend to drink it alone. It's best when paired.
