We accompanied it with a spanish rice. I can't imagine drinking this Michael Seresin Chardonnay 2013 solo.
Deep colour at first sight. The Michael Seresin Chardonnay shows exotic floral hints of jasmine. This Michael Seresin Chardonnay is a wine with good acidity.

Reviews of other vintages of Michael Seresin Chardonnay 201320152014

From the 'Raupo Creek' and 'Home' vineyards. The hand-picked grapes subjected to a selection on the sorting table, before the fermentation in oak barrel. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling. The Chardonnay has a nose of honeyed peach, Golden Delicious apples, ginger and allspice with a touch of baking bread. Medium-bodied, it has a wonderful silky texture and plenty of stone fruit and ends with great length. In summary, this is a well concentrated Chardonnay, complex, Buttery but with a portion of high finesse and beautiful freshness. A delightful chardonnay which has not been for nothing 91/100 Parker Points.

Both the vineyards and the olive trees wearing a bio-certificate. The Sauvignon is pale yellow with green hues. The flavor is rich with white and tropical fruit.
