Elaboration of Hunter's Miru Miru Reserve 2008
Hunter's Miru Miru Reserve 2008 (Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir)
It was in 1979 when Ernie Hunter arrived in New Zealand, Marlborough, an area dedicated to agriculture for barley, alfalfa and pasture for sheep farming. It was established in this area creating what is now Hunter's, a family winery with more than 160 awards in contests behind national and international wines, new roads and varieties, new winemaking techniques and a consistent way still open search for the best wines. Using the traditional method of Champenoise, the fruit is pressed gently where the resulting juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks before undergoing a complete malolactic fermentation.
Reviews of Hunter's Miru Miru Reserve 2008
Fantastic colour. Light aromas of yeast and bakery. I felt it alive and fresh.
