Hole In The Water Blush 2017

Exceptionally aromatic blend of Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, here developed as a fresh and fruity rosé. The bouquet, the cherries and red berries of the Pinot Noir combine with the characteristic tropical fruit of the Sauvignon Blancs.

The wine was fine, but we paired it wrongly. I drank it together with my sister.
The colour is light pink. Aromas of wild red fruits. Mild but with a long aftertaste.

Should absolutely be paired with fish. I have shared a bottle with my boss in more than one occasion.
True pink. Smells fresh, like a young wine. Light wine, more than expected.

I opened the bottle for my best friend.
Pink. I noticed a smell of red berries. Balanced in the mouth.
We paired this wine with pasta.
