Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2019 (Sauvignon Blanc)

- Nose: Fruity aromas of lemon, grapefruit and exotic fruit.
- Mouth: Concentrated and silky; notes of ripe fruit and citrus fruits; mineral touches; well balanced acidity.
NAME OF ORIGIN:
VINEYARD: Cloudy Bay
GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc.
PREPARATION: Night harvest and soft pressing of the grapes for 48-72 hours; fermentation in stainless steel with wild and cultivated yeasts; a small part of the wine ferments in French barriques at high temperatures.
PAIRING: Goat cheeses, mixed salads, caprese salad, tuna, salmon, seafood, oysters, shellfish, vegetables.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10º-12ºC
