  • Nose: Delicate, very powerful and complex. smoked oak, toast, cherry, pink, peach, clove and cinnamon.
  • Mouth: smooth, powerful and enveloping flavor. ripe tannins. well balanced body.

Persistence: 10/11 seconds.

sidebars: black fruit, black currant.

Merlot 30% - 68% Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot 2%

2011: The Cabernet Franc is not in the mix, because it was not rich enough, and lacked structure. It was too dry maturing, so I stayed out of the final wine. Usually usually present at 5 or 6%.

I bought the Château Rauzan Gassies Magnum in the wine cellar.
Dark red colour, reddish brown edges. Aromas of leather and tobacco pipe. Very rough in the mouth.

I bought it in this website.
You can see in Château Rauzan Gassies Magnum a low layer. The main smell is chocolate. A red fairly astringent.
