Château Palmer 1986 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Château Palmer 1986 is clear, with a maroon tile reflections.
- Nose: The bouquet is fine, almost Burgundian mineral and complex. It's subtle, excellent and fantastic! Evokes notes of mushrooms, black truffle, laurel, plum and pencil.
- Mouth: The palate is sweet, round, silky and caressing. Tannins are made. The finish is intense and very noble. Magnificent!
PAIRING: with beef and veal, breast of goose, sauce with mushrooms
DEVELOPMENT: The harvest is done manually, vinification vats frustoconical termoreguladas and parenting for 20 to 21 months in oak barrels
