Reviews of Château Cantenac Brown 2016
PAIRING: Papillote quail with figs
Red intense cherry colour and very high layer. It smells like sweets. This red is lasting, it has a long aftertaste.
Good wine to drink between hours.
I especially liked the colour. The wine mainly smells like roses. Distinctive oxidation notes on the palate.
