“Xanadu Estate Chardonnay Australia Western Australia 2011 White 75Cl; An elegant bouquet of fresh pears citrus and white fleshed stone-fruit characters with underlying hints of oatmeal nougat and roasted almonds. The palate is full bodied offering ample nectarines pears and zesty lemony flavours. There is a lovely complexity with a creamy texture derived from lees stirring and grilled nuts in the background; the taught mineral structure bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a dry persistent fruit finish.”
“A medium bodied wine with aromas and flavours of white flowers, pear juice and nectarine.
