Tenuta Belguardo Maremma Toscana 2016 (Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: dark ruby red.
- Nose: notes of red fruit, plum, cherry, sweet spices and balsamic.
- Mouth: rich, full and seductive, with great persistence.
APPELLATION: Maremma Tuscany.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon 90% and 10% Cabernet Franc.
AGEING: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, mostly new.
PREPARATION: fermented grapes and macerated for 16 days at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C
PAIRING: seasoned cured meats, red meats, cheeses meats and middle-aged. Genial even spicy dishes.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20 °C
ALCOHOL: 14%
