TASTING NOTES:
- View: dark graante, purples.
- Nose: dark fruit and some oak.
- Mouth: Very nice, powerful palate, notes of black currant, plum, chocolate and a hint of vanilla. long finish.

APPELLATION: Maremma Tuscany.

GRAPES: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc 20%.

AGEING: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, half of them new, and then aged for a few months in bottle before release.
PREPARATION: fermentation at 30-32 °C, must in contact with the skins, up to 25 days.

PAIRING: food with rich, balanced flavors, meat and game dishes, fried or stewed, birds like pigeons or pheasants.
TEMPERATURE: 18-20 °C.
