Don Manuel Villafane Reserva Malbec (Malbec)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: beautiful ruby red with violet reflections.
- Nose: Intense aroma, with sweet and fresh notes of ripe red fruits, wild flowers, cloves, pepper, licorice, chocolate, caramel, vanilla and red berries.
- Mouth: fine flavor, complex and good acidity, soft tannins on the palate and light notes of red fruits. It has sour cherries and smoky notes, licorice and oak.
APPELLATION: DO Mendoza (Cuyo, Argentina).
VINEYARD: Don Manuel Villafane.
GRAPES: 100% Malbec.
AGEING: oak barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested manually and winery are selected to begin the process of maceration. Soft pressing of grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
WINE PAIRING: appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, red meat roasted, grilled foie gras, stews, pastas, vegetables and blue cheese.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
ALCOHOL: 13.5%
