VINEYARD: Vineyards Sula.
AGEING: 2 months in barrels of French oak.
PREPARATION: The grapes were harvested manually and subjected to gentle pressing, where the must used in winemaking was obtained. Cold maceration of the must was held in contact with the skins for a period of 12 days. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel barrels for a period of 20 days, at controlled temperatures of 22 to 26ºC. The wine was aged for 2 months in French oak barrels, finally being bottled.
PAIRING: Red meats, roasts, meats, tapas, game meat, poultry, pasta with red sauces, mature and aged cheeses.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16 ° C
