APPELLATION: MadridVINEYARD: Bodegas Carmelo Madrid S.A. This winery was located in the township of Valdepeñas province of Ciudad Real, central Spain. It was noted for the production of oils, pomace and wines, which were very famous in this region since the mid-twentieth century, highlighting the reference Rumoroso, much sought after for banquets, entertainment or simply to accompany a good meal. In the year 1958, due to the success of Rumoroso, the company opened a sales office in Madrid. Unfortunately the cellar was closed in the year 1993 as a result of the economic crisis affecting the Iberian Peninsula at that time.GRAPES: Tempranillo (100%).

AGEING: Aged in oak barrels.PREPARATION: For the production of this wine tradition of the appellation of origin followed.

I was lucky enough to try it with a client.
Has a very cheerful colour. The smell was strong and I liked it. A Madrid with a very good acidity.
This wine was good for the dinner.
