Description of El Rincón 2015
El Rincón 2015 (Garnacha tintorera and Syrah)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: dark ruby red color with purple hues.
- Nose: Intense aroma, with sweet notes of red fruits, blackberries, plums, licorice, violets, vanilla and a slight smoky.
- Mouth: fine, complex, good acidity, soft tannins on the palate and light dark berry flavor notes.
APPELLATION: Madrid (Madrid, Spain)
VINEYARD: Family Payments Village Olive.
GRAPES: Syrah and Grenache.
AGEING: Madura for 10 months in barrels of French oak.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed, are squeezed in a traditional way, and gently macerated fermented in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22 ° C and a soft maceration occurs.
PAIRING: Foie gras, grilled red meats, sausages, stews, pastas, vegetables and blue cheese.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15-17 ° C.
