  • Palate: The palate is persistent, complex and well balanced. In a deep silky tannins, shows a persistent and balanced aftertaste .... The Rincon is a red wine made by Payments Village Olive Family under the DO Vinos de Madrid. It is made from grapes of Syrah and Grenache from vineyards and has been aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.

Reddish towards brown colour. Smells of wood. On the palate it felt quite thick.
A great companion for roasted liver.
The  has become my best friend.

I asked some friends from Madrid to bring it over.
Red with purple highlights. Cedarwood aromas. It was a surprising wine.
