Elaboration of El Rincón 2006
El Rincón 2006 (Garnacha and Syrah)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Corner 2004 is a deep color, covered.
- Nose: elegant, complex, fruit and flowers (violets), caramel, mineral tones and slightly spicy.
- Palate: The palate is persistent, complex, well balanced. Silky tannins of a deep, shows a persistent and balanced finish.
The Corner 2004 was made from grapes of Syrah and Grenache from vineyards.
Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
Limited number of bottles. Bottled in the property.
TYPE OF WINE: Red Guard
VINEYARDS: The vineyards are conducted on high trellises, which are used canopy management techniques and the conduction system Smart-Dyson. The trellises are monitored continuously for maximum lighting clusters and leaves, green harvest by eliminating clusters that are excessive and leaves that interfere with the lighting of those.
Alcohol: 15% Vol
PREPARATION: Manual harvest, followed by stripping and discharge by gravity into the fermentation tanks.Extended maceration up to 4 weeks and aged in French Allier oak barrels new and used, for 10 months in a heated aging cellar.
Wine is not subject to clarification or filtration.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve in the environment of 16 º C.
SERVICE RECOMMENDATIONS: We suggest a slight decantation.
MATCHING WINE: This is a great choice to accompany cheese, foie gras, poultry, and risottos.
