The best  to enjoy with friends.
Nice and pretty colour. A fortified slightly oxidized.
It would have been better with fish.

Cossart Gordon Sercial Vintage 1954

TASTING NOTES:
The 1954 Sercial has a dainty bouquet of dried honey, adhesive glue, over-ripe Satsuma and a hint of burnt match. The palate is crisp on the entry with rapier-like acidity that cuts through the pure, clean spicy, honeyed fruit without a care in the world. It is very elegant and refined, a great Sercial that gives great pleasure.
