TASTING NOTES Cossart Gordon Boal Vintage 1987 :
- View: Mahogany in the center.
- Nose: aromas of stewed plums and a hint of nut.
- Mouth: The palate rather stout and very rich, with many sweet, rich fruit, plums, dates, a little touch of lemon zest and a spicy touch of cinnamon, grapefruit and lemon, but very well integrated and harmonious, a final orange long and spicy.
