Louis Jadot Macon Rouge 2017 (Pinot Noir)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Deep ruby.
- Nose: fruity aromas, red berries and a hint of spice.
- Mouth: The right balance of tannins, fruity wine, easy to drink, well rounded and strong earthy flavor.
APPELLATION: Mâcon.
VINEYARD: located in the district Saône et Loire and Beaujolais side farther south.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir and Gamay.
Elaboration: vinified in stainless steel tanks and bottled young to keep the freshness of the wine.
PAIRING: with a whole meal, either charcuterie (ham and salami), snails, grilled meats and soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert.

The Maison Louis Jadot is a family-run winery that has been producing and marketing wines in Burgundy since 1859. It controls more than 250 hectares and produces only wines with AOC-status (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée).
