AGEING: 7 to 8 months in stainless steel tanks, according to the profile of the vintage.
PREPARATION: Manual harvest and cold maceration. Fermentation in large vats stainless controlled temperature and humidity.
WINE PAIRING: fish, meat, poultry, seafood and other foods from the sea.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-9ºC

The history of the Bouchard's family starts in 1731 with Michel Bouchard, merchant of woolen cloth, native from the Dauphiné's region, who founded this House of Commerce in Volnay, in Burgundy.
