TASTING NOTES OF Cobos Felino Malbec 2017:
- View: intense with violet and blue tones Red.
- Nose: Aromas of white flowers and black fruits, with hints of pepper and cloves.
- Mouth: The palate is balanced, with hints of licorice, chocolate and firm tannins with a lingering finish.
APPELLATION: Lujan de Cuyo
VINEYARD: Vina Cobos Of the Viña Cobos winery in the Designation of Origin Mendoza. Argentina.
GRAPES: 100% Malbec.
AGEING: 18 months in new French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: Cultivation and manual selection, maceration between 5 and 8 °C. alcoholic fermentation, 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in French oak barrels.
WINE PAIRING: Roasted red meats and aged cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15%
