Ca Maiol Sebastian Brut Rosato Metodo Charmat
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Rosa alive with subtle reflections chestnut trees.
- Nose: Aromas of pink grapefruit, peach and pomegranate with citrus and floral notes
- Mouth: Flavors of red fruits, fresh and balanced, sparkling.
APPELLATION: Lugana Lombardia (Lombardy, Italy)
VINEYARD: Cà Maiol
AGEING: Fermentation in autoclaves for about 6 months.
PREPARATION: Sebastian Rose sparkling wine is obtained from vines of red berries. At harvest, one cold maceration is done in grapes, ie maceration at a temperature of 4-5 ° C, for about 24 hours. Follow the white vinification, fermentation with 13 to 14 ° C for about one month.
WINE PAIRING: Recommended with salted meats, risotto, fish, meat and cheese fresh Robiola white.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE:
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
- Nose: Pink grapefruit and pomegranate oxidating together emerge as peach blossom and mineral camphors.
- Mouth: A balance between the dry fruit component with the iodised finale.
- Recommended with salted meats and fresh robiola cheeses.
- The sparkling Sebastian Rose wine is obtained from red berry vines. In the harvest a cryomaceration is carried out on the grapes, that is their maceration at a temperature of 4 - 5C centigrade, for around 24 hours. The white vinification follows, with fermentation at 13 - 14C for about a month.
