Cà dei Frati is a small winery with history in the Lombardy region dating back to 1782. The winery finds pride in helping the native Trebbiano grape receive the recognition it deserves. These Trebbiano grapes were grown in the vineyards of Lugana, located in Northern Italy near the shores of lake Garda. The growing conditions are said to be extreme because of the clay soils, causing the older vines to struggle to yield fruit. These conditions create grapes with an incredible flavour balance that ultimately make sophisticated wines.
GRAPES: 100% Trebbiano Di Soave.
AGEING: Aged for a minimum 6 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks, then 2 months ageing in the bottle. Best enjoyed young.

PAIRING: Chicken, pork chops, vegetarian pasta, fish, or desserts.
