The Ca' Dei Frati Brolettino Lugana 2016 shows the zippy nature of the Italians in form of this fresh and fruity white made by Cà dei Frati. The Trebbiano di Soave, also known as Turbiana, gets its lively way from chalky and loamy soils from Lugana. But the vinification process itself plays an important role for the character of the Brolettino Lugana. First, in stainless steel, the second maceration takes place in barrels. The white wine ages in oak barrels for 10 months and ends its ageing after another 3 months in the bottle. Enjoy it now or in up to 3 years - be it in summer or winter. Not only is this allrounder a great companion for most of the dishes, but it also pairs great to each and every weather condition.

Pale golden in colour, this wine opens with aromas of stone fruits and a touch of vanilla spice from the oak ageing. The palate has rich peach characters, with a creamy, honeyed texture lifted by stony minerality. Intense and concentrated through to the fresh finish.
