The bouquet of this wine emanates delicate and elegant floral and fruity sensations, where the notes of wild berries dominate. On the palate, it seduces with its delicacy, refinement and velvetiness.
Bottega Rose Gold Brut Rosé is the perfect sparkling wine for apéritifs, but it can also be enjoyed with a meal with a wide variety of dishes, from fish to meat, from vegetables to cheese. Also excellent as an after-dinner drink!
Elaboration of Bottega Rose Gold Brut Rosé
Bottega Rose Gold Brut Rosé (Pinot Nero and Pinot Noir)
TASTING NOTES OF Bottega Rose Gold Brut Rosé:
- View: Light peach.
- Nose: Fresh aroma with notes of red fruits.
- Mouth: Fresh and floral taste with notes of strawberries, raspberries and currants. It is a little dry in the aftertaste.
GRAPES: Pinot Nero.
WINEMAKING: The grapes are hand-picked and destemmed. The must is left in contact with the skins for 24 hours at 5 °C. The cold maceration favours the extraction of colour and the primary aromas of the grapes. The must is separated from the skins using soft pressing. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation according to the Martinotti method at a controlled temperature of 14 °C with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine is left in contact with the lees and finally is filtered and bottled.
PAIRING: Cold appetizers or desserts such as fruit cakes.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 4-5°C.
