- View: This wine is bright ruby red color.
- Nose: The nose exhales extraordinary complex aromas with distinct breeding. Dominates the red fruit (cherry, plum, strawberry) with dates and vanilla notes.
- Mouth: The attack is soft, and grows slowly in the mouth around aromas of mocha, cocoa and very tannins. The end is persistent.
VINEYARD: The history of the area in 1883, when Salvatore Scotto Italy decided to emigrate to the United States. GRAPES: 100% Zinfandel.

PREPARATION: The grapes in this wine comes from two plots of different region of Lodi, in the valley and the other slope. They therefore different expiration dates and different qualities. That's why they are aged and aged separately and assembled just before bottling, giving this wine the qualities of both.
