Hayes Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 (Cabernet Sauvignon)
- View: ruby, purple flashes.
- Nose: super aromatic red fruit, sweet roasted red pepper, smoky notes, some vanilla and caramel.
- Mouth: red and anise flavors of cherry, with a hint of vanilla. Well balanced, with a medium tannin, a soft mid-palate and a final spiced coffee.
VINEYARD: Vineyards specially selected in California, where warm days, cool nights and a long growing season develop flavors of ripe round fruits.
GRAPES: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot.
AGEING: each mixture separately aged in neutral oak.
PREPARATION: each vineyard is grown and harvested sustainably separately fermented in vertical fermenters, and performed "rack and return" twice a day. The grid and the return process is to drain all free juice lid, and then pumping the free juice on top of the fermentor.
WINE PAIRING: Red meat.

Slight red cherry tones . Main smell of roses. We noticed a raspberry flavour.
Bright cherry colour, high layer. You can notice that the Hayes Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon smells of red fruits. It tasted alot like wine.
