Vidigal Wines is a company that produces still wines and liqueur of medium size and family character. it is located in the Leiria area of central Portugal. The origins of the company date from the beginning of the 20th century, in a Quinta founded by a Canon of the Church. During the last century, the company had a couple of owners until the beginning of the 90's when the current director, António Mendes Lopes - took over management. - Mouth: Fresh and juicy flavor, with well-balanced citrus flavors and a durable mineral aftertaste on the palate.

GRAPES: Fernão Pires, Arinto, Moscatel.
AGEING: This wine is consumed young.
PREPARATION: The mixture of grapes and gently pressed macerate for 15 hours in cold temperatures deposits. Then the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures. Finally allowed to stand, it is stabilized and bottled without filtering.
WINE PAIRING: Fish, seafood, lobster, fresh salads, appetizers, sauteed vegetables, white meats, turkey, lamb, pork chops, pastas, risottos, paellas, Asian food.
