This shows varietal aromas of tropical fruit and honey notes. Soft in the mouth, very fresh, good depth and a lingering aftertaste with personality.

- Winemaking: The grapes used for the production of this wine come from a vineyard located in Azenhas do Mar ( Colares). The vineyard has the particularity of being installed in sandy soils poor in nature. The climate is very specific due to the proximity of the sea (Atlantic), the temperature is mild and throughout the year relative humidity is high. The wine expresses all that specific climatic and pedological region. Stalk 100%. Fermentation at controlled temperature 14-15 ° C. Stage on fine lees. Aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling in June 2011
