- Nose: red fruits, chocolate notes derived from wood.
- Mouth: Very smooth, spicy, intense and persistent.
VINES: Companhia Agricola do Sanguinhal
GRAPES: Castelão, Touriga Nacional, Aragonez.
AGEING: 10 months aging in French and American oak.
PREPARATION: destemmed grapes completely crushed slightly, then transferred to steel tanks. Fermentation under controlled temperature of 25-28 °C for 15 days.
PAIRING: meat, cooked vegetables, pasta and fish dishes.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
