- View: dark ruby.
- Nose: aromas of red fruits.
- Mouth: full-bodied, fruity, soft, complex and elegant finish.

AGEING: Aging in small wooden barrels.
PREPARATION: fermented in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
PAIRING: Red meats, especially game and strong cheeses.
