A Sauvignon Blanc with a nice colour. The Chocapalha Sauvignon Blanc Branco reminded me of jasmine on the nose. Flashy flavours of red fruits.

Intense bright colour, very fresh and aromatic nose with classic herbal and asparagus notes. On the palate it is balanced, with fine intensity, freshness and good length.
- Winemaker: Sandra Tavares da Silva and Diogo Sepúlveda
- Winemaking: Fermentation took place over 25 days in steel vats stainless steel, temperature controlled, and got in touch with the fine lees for five months.
- Grape Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc.
