Domaine de la Mordorée Lirac la Reine Des Bois Blanc 2018
TASTING NOTES:
- View: beautiful green gold.
- Nose: aromas of white and yellow fruit (peach, pear, apricot), citrus, verbena, iris and acacia.
- Mouth: Round, long and fruity with elegance.
APPELLATION: Lirac.
VINES: wound on a mixture of sand and stones red clay.
GRAPES: 30% Grenache, 20% Clairette, 10% Viognier, 10% Roussanne, 10% Marsanne, 10% and 10% Picpoul several.
PREPARATION: maceration and direct pressing with temperature control. Fermented in oak barrels for 10% of total volume.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, with fish, seafood, gizzards, goat cheese.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C
ALCOHOL: 14%
