PRODUCTION DETAILS: This typical liquor Portugal and known as "Ginjinhha" is made by steeping forest fruits, especially cherries in an alcohol high volume. Maceration is carried out for 3 months and then distilled to obtain the final product, a cherry liqueur rich in flavors and aromas. This liquor can be consumed pure or in mixtures of cocktails, preferably at digestive cocktails or high density, it is a good complement whiskey and other basic distillates.
Headquartered in Anadia, the Caves of the Mountain were founded in 1943 by Adriano Henriques, passing from there from parents to children, being now in the fourth generation.
