Artemi Caramel is a vodka in which the balance of tastes stands out using different types of candies and combined with a neutral vodka, thereby obtaining a vodka with a unique and different signature in a market in which it's more and more difficult to stand out. It's a sweet vodka, with a soft and agreeable flavor, with intense candy aromas that invade the mouth and leave a very pleasant post taste.

PRODUCER: Fábrica de Licores Artemi is not perhaps located where you would expect the producer of scrumptious Artemi Caramel to be. Proudly rooted in the Canary Islands, the company was founded back in 1940 by Felipe Quintana Domínguez, who developed a rum he knew would appeal to local or ‘Canarian' tastes, which he named Canary Bird. It actually became renowned and respected much further afield. The company subsequently expanded, branching out into other rums and products, and in 2005 Artemi became part of the Arehucas Group.
COUNTRY: Spain
PRODUCTION DETAILS: A beautiful blend of quality vodka and different caramels. Delicious on ice following a meal, or as an element in your mixology experiments where good vodka and yummy caramel goodness are called for. One example is a Toffee Apple, which simply blends Artemi Caramel and fresh apple juice in equal measure, shaken and served as cold as possible. Your only complaint will be that you should have ordered two bottles, not one.
